Explore your Third Act:
A reflective, energising workshop for individuals navigating, or anticipating, the Third Act of life.
Join us for a day of spacious thinking and creative expression exploring what it means to step into the next chapter of life with clarity, confidence and purpose. Drawing on approaches from coaching, therapy, wellbeing research, neuroscience, the Thinking Environment® and the influence of our natural environment, this workshop offers a unique blend of structured reflection and imaginative play. Whether you are beginning to contemplate a different way of structuring your life, already in your Third Act, or simply curious about redefining what comes next, this day offers inspiration, time, space and to think well for, and as, yourself.
What to Expect:
Deep reflection in a Thinking Environment® You will experience practices that support calm, courageous independent thinking — attention without interruption, equality, diversity of thought, ease and appreciation. These principles sit at the heart of the workshop and shape every conversation.
Creative exploration through art, literature and music Guided creative activities will help you surface intuition, evoke memories, and imagine possible futures. No artistic experience is needed — just curiosity.
Insight from wellbeing and ageing research We introduce accessible ideas from neuroscience, polyvagal theory, mature mind research and wellbeing models to help you think differently about ageing, vitality, confidence and opportunity in later life.
Time for personal visioning and setting intentions Reflective questions and thinking-pair conversations will help you clarify what really matters, what you want more of, and what gives you energy and meaning.
Quiet walks and nature-based reflection You will have the opportunity to spend time outside in the beautiful nature reserve, using the landscape to support grounding, creativity and rest.
Our Venue: A Unique Urban Nature Setting:
Camley Street Natural Park is a peaceful, unexpected green sanctuary in the heart of King’s Cross in London, as shown in the pictures. An ideal setting for slowing down and reconnecting with what nourishes you. The newly redeveloped visitor centre — warm, light-filled and sustainably designed — provides a tranquil indoor base with views over the reserve. The combination of nature, water, birdsong and gentle city sounds creates an atmosphere that invites reflection and renewal.
Just across the canal is Coal Drops Yard, a beautifully designed area with planters, shops, and cafés.
