Many leaders and teams are stuck in cycles of reactivity or avoidance and are not fully tapping into their potential for finding creative solutions.
What knowledge do you need to help you navigate? What do you need to be able to do, to accomplish for yourself and in support of your teams? How can you lead authentically with your own style and understand what is needed to articulate your vision, engage your people and deliver on performance for your organisation?
Working Titles Leadership Programme
We use the principles and practice of the Thinking Environment to create the conditions for you to think really well for yourself and with your teams. We know from experience that an informed and thoughtful approach creates personal confidence, builds better relationships, distributes leadership, generates better solutions and saves precious time.
Our programme is built using the principles of Agile development. Whilst we bring the latest information, tools and frameworks, we start first from where you are. We are experienced programme designers, facilitators, leaders and coaches. You can read more about our experience here.
We construct with you a programme that will enable you to build on your strengths as a leader within your organisation, and develop in the areas where you currently struggle. We take time with you to clarify the themes you have identified and to outline the outcomes you want. Ensuring that we are working with you responsively, we continue to co-design what you need at every stage of the development. The detailed content of every programme is different, whether it is an open programme or created as a bespoke response, run internally for teams within an organisation.
Each programme has 5-12 participant spaces, sufficient to bring diversity of experience but small enough to develop a meaningful exchange and ongoing network of support. It begins with a 1:1 coaching session assessment of individual aspirations and learning needs and is scaffolded with 2 further individual coaching sessions throughout the course of the programme, one at the mid-point and one at the end, each with one of the directors.
Psychometric assessments including MBTI Step 1 and Team diagnostics such as Belbin and DISC are available on request with the additional cost of materials. There are 5 online workshops of a duration of 3 hours each. We are open to reviewing the time slot to suit the group. For the duration of the programme if you would like further coaching sessions we can offer them at a reduced cost of £130 per hour (normally charged at £200 per hour).
All five workshops usually take place on Wednesday mornings 9.30-12.30, at monthly intervals (with a break for December) but timing can be negotiated with the group before the programme starts
